Hi there I'm a person who burns easily and during summer I tend to get burnt multiple times with many of those times double or triple burns. Burns on previous burns that havn't fully recovered. Can this be increasing my dna damage without me realizing it since the cells are constantly stressed to repair the constant damage? Is there anything I can do to reverse said damage? I slip slop slap but even still somehow get burnt somewhere or another.

Have you considered acquiring & wearing thin, long sleeved garb at all times throughout the summer, and refraining from going outdoors for extended periods / whilst the sun is up?
I too am susceptible to tanning, going swimming with a shirt is hardly a sacrifice of freedom.
Nothing wrong with excess perspiration during physical exertion. In contrast, who do you think would pay for any chronic damage incurred, even if reversible or mitigable through pharmaceuticals? I can tell you from experience your family might be the only entity whose first instinct isn't denial. Doesn't have to be melanoma, severe burns could trigger psoriasis, for example.
At any rate, that's my take; don't have a medical solution, can only advise caution with whom you trust.
I have tried but I get really hot in long sleeved garb even thin (I live in au and the heat is terrible in summer), especially since I work outside for a living. Plus I tend to sweat profusely.
