What happens to a parent who wont turn over child on court ordered visitations?

Legally they have to turn the child over according to the rules the court has placed. If not, they will find the parent and take the child away for the period of time the child is to be with the other parent. The adult can get in trouble with the court if they disobey the rules set in place.
