What happens if your child leaves school when the day is not over?

This is most commonly known as "skipping"

Excessive amount of skipping often leads to the parents being sent to Truancy court with their child. Not to mention classes missed = diminishing grades, then there's the possibilities of them being caught by local PD for being out of school during school hours leading to citations, which my city has been doing for years.
