What happens if sometimes at night, you see things there, but you know your awake?

It only has happened twice, and im just wondering. I only have one disorder too (aspergers), but i dont think thats the cause of it.

Its hard sometimes to know just what issues is causing things but I can say this it very well could be a side affect of Asperger's that it in can be causing your problem sense you have only had it happen twice it could be related but not the real reason it has happened if your taking medication for the issue it could be a side effect of medications or nothing at all I think it would happen more often.
