If someone was assaulted. And they caught the person that did it. And it went to court And there was more than one victim. Would it still go to court and would it have any affect negative or positive on the trial?

Depends on the assault and what happened. As long as the district attorney feels he has enough evidence and witnesses then yes should still go to trail. But if the other victim and witnesses are weak and have bad record they it could be dismissed. If all witnesses to take the stand aren't creditable or there part isn't enough to convict them and the victim who kill themself was the major and stronger wetness. Then could be dismissed. It's hard to say since don't know everything about the case and assault charges.
