What happened if India is ruled by Germany not by Britisher ?

Who knows? The Nazi party could have done atrocious things to the Indian people! Fascism could have spread there. Though if the Germans had treated the Indians better than the British did, the independence of India could have come later. Though, the British did set up roads, factories, schools, and in that regard, they left India with some valuable things. But if it had been the Germans, this may not have happened. This is only if Germany would have colonized India. But in the end, Indian nationalism is too strong, and no one could rule India permanently.
