When a girl sees a guy and thinks "he'd be attractive if _______"  What are some of the more common things that would fill in that blank. I'm looking for things that can be changed, not "he's too short."

I'm a girl and I love nice boys, I don't go for boys who play hard to get, who leave you and think they are the best. I like boys who like long term relation ships, who are not players, who care about the girl, are sensitive, and are cute.

and to me he has to be the nice guy,respectful,cares abt me ,not a player,confident,trust worthy,have a gd sence of humor,romantic,can share my pain with,enjoy a nice conversation with him.makes me feel safe,stands next to me and supports me,proud of me when i make a success,guides me when i m wrong.so the perfect word to fill the blank is"he just learns how to be a better person,so a better lover"we re not perfect anyway.
