I have trouble waking up to just my alarm clock and sometimes my wife needs the same thing. We have different shifts and mostly need a gadget like this. She would call me on my cellphone and I would call her if we didnt get a text from each other. But sometimes, when you sleep so well you couldnt hear that ring. I have my Wifi router on 24/7 with Static IP address. I know how to forward a port and guessing I could use that, what I wanted is a speaker system that I can play Loud sounds, very loud sounds or transmit my voice via that speaker to wake each other up. I dont need any advices on our sleeping habbit, i just needed to know if there is a gadget like this. I thought of leaving my computer On with MAX sounds but thats just not the answer.
