I'm a 13 year old boy who loves anything to do with learning, such as math, science, engineering, innovation, invention, creativity, and such. I'm smart for my age and need something to do after school like an online class or lessons for a specific subject.
What extracurricular should I do?

You should study things that your public schooling has omitted. Economics, civics, personal finance management.

Civics is such a neglected subject that most people don't even know what it is supposed to be. Do you know how to get a warrant to arrest somebody? How to file a lien on property? How to speak to a cop? (Don't.) I don't even know where to look for such a class, except that there is a school in Reno, Nevada.

Take management classes at the local college. Ask the professor what other classes to take.
In your spare time, develop vocal skill (story telling).
