What education or experience do you have with people who have disabilities and medical concerns?

i was a medication aid with the state and this enabled me to get contracts with the department of disabilitys and upon working with different people in the field i found that most have a form of disability that keeps them from seeking proffesional opinions about their mental health and that leads them to haveing other medical problems on top of their mental health a area that needs to be explored greatly cause if they can get their underlying medical issues treated they can cope with the mental health and get those issues treated as well i have worked in this field for 45 years
