well i would say the easiest way to have a baby would be to have sex around your ovulation days or go to the dr and ask to be refered to a specialist dr in that area but if you really want to have a baby would your partner except this as is getting artificial insemination is also good but unless you don't have a partner then you'll have to figure out whats going to be better
