Hi. At first, this phrase is really casual, mainly man uses. "Hide~e" means bad. "koto" means a thing. "sun" means "do"(verb). "ja nē ka" means tag-question (...,doesn't it?) But you can't use these words discretely. I hope this answer is helpful for you.
