Some possible ambiguity over the units, but what does the world think of this on first take?
What does "Turn 5 cents into 5 Million" mean?

If it was a dollar then it would be 5 million dollars but it would still be a scam. I'm sorry but there is no way to turn a very minor amount into a very substantial amount by a "trick" or "secret method". As someone who has earned a million (euros) I can tell you that it involves a lot of work, sweat and tears, oh, and employees.
Less on the scam. It's more of a debate of measuring units I'm having.
In your original reply you said '5 million cents' and in your second you said it's '5 million dollars'. Which would it be since 5 million cents is not 5 million dollars.
Well it's all in the phrasing of your original question.. "Turn 5 cents into 5 million". The first amount is fixed, 5 cents, but the latter is not.. 5 million what? 5 million cents or 5 million dollars or 5 million cadillacs?
5 million cents, well there are a hundred cents in a dollar so 5 million cents would only be 50,000 dollars and that is still a rather high number to expect to receive after an intial investment of just 5 cents. It's like saying "I'll give you a stick of gum and in a months time I expect to get back porshe 911 with all the extras." It's just not going to happen.
Literally speaking, what would you work out the amount to be?
What if you had to put a dollar amount on it?
