What does the pamphlet Common Sense have to do with the Constitution?

Which Constitution? There are three different ones. Municipal, Territorial and Continental. You cannot be a US citizen under the Continental Constitution because you are considered a resident alien domiciled in the foreign Washington District of Columbia while residing on American state soil. The Municipal Government and Constitution is the responsibility of the Pope and the Territorial Government is the responsibility of the British Monarch. Payne's pamphlet would apply differently to each one but would favor the Continental Constitution which is not under the auspices of a Monarch like the other two.
