After inhaling the smoke, particles from the tobacco latch onto your lungs and build up. After a few years of destroying your lungs(making them a mat black), it eventually leads to lung cancer. Also, smoking induces your hormones causing your skin to shrivel and age faster.
So if you smoke, you're killing your self slowly. The main purpose of smoking was said to relieve stress which just a slogan brought up by media and advertising for people to buy the product. The only reason they succeeded was because their product was addictive.
where to begin. To start with, Tobacco destroys your lungs. It can turn your teeth yellow, your skin grey, you'll die sooner. Tobacco destroys your circulatory system, it destroys your respiratory system, The Immune system, and it destroys your musculoskeletal system.
Using Tobacco also causes irritation and inflammation of the intestines.
Increased risk of painful ulcers along the digestive tract.
Reduced ability to smell and taste.
premature wrinkling of the skin.
Higher risk of blindness
Gum Disease
I haven't even started on the effects of the use of Tobacco on the Male Body, the Female Body and on the Unborn Baby, or the risk of other diseases from long term smoking.
Good answer! That's what I was going to say too.
