I've only experienced sleep paralysis once and it was around 2 in the afternoon. I dreamed the a tall black figure that I normally see at night watching me sleep. I could see it and myself in the position I fell asleep in. But my arms where covering my face and eyes and I had a hood on. So there was no way I could have possibly seen anything. Normally I can force myself to wake up if I don't like a dream. But this time it wasn't the case
