i tried google translate and found it is a filipino where Nang means when... probably asking where did you get this picture taken or something.. can't be too sure...
It simply means "godmother how are you". He just used an informal way of spelling and word shortcut which we call 'jejemon' here thats why u cant google it. Youre welcome
