Have you ever heard of James Bond or his code name 007? If not I'll give you a little background...He is a character created by an author named Ian Fleming. He is a secret agent for a British government agency called MI6. There have been many, many books written and movies made about James Bond. His favorite drink is a Martini and there are 2 ways to make a Martini...you canmix all the ingredients together and then shake them up or you can stir them up. So whenever Bond orders his drink he always tells the bartender that he wants it "shaken not stirred" Now its become so popular that people everywhere are always repeating the line whenever they order their drinks. So when Jimmy Neutron says he wants his milkshake "shaken not stirred" he is using James Bond's famous catchphrase.
