What does it means when I have a dent in my knuckle?

Tonight I was out with my friends when I seen a fist coming towards me I got punched In the temple (the head) my head is now soooo sore and I snapped and hit him back about 3-4 times when I was walking home I noticed I Have a dent in my knuckle, a bruise on my little knuckle and my hand is a little bit swallen, will I suffer anything from the blow to the head? And what does it means when i have a dent in my knuckle from punching that person

well you have just hit a person about 5 times cause he hit you so you probably injured your knuckes to the point of swelling I would go have it looked at by a dr
