So i have a cush and one of his friends tease me constantly, the other just laughs when it happens or talks to me. The one who teases me has also stollen things then given them back (such as papers, IPod, etc.) or just normal teasing. Then my crush is nothing but nice to me.

Well, it sounds to me that your crush likes you! A LOT of boys get their friends to tease the girls they like, and if he's nice, he is definitely sending a signal to you. Its pretty obvious he likes you. If you aren't all ready, I would tease him and his friends back, showing him some interest, well I hope this helps, and the best comes for you!
He probably likes you. Especially when you said that he is nothing but nice to you. His friend might like you because he teases you and he talks to you a lot. So his friend could like you. I'm just giving a couple of suggestions because I really don't know. My crush and his friends don't talk to me or tease me. So I wouldn't know.
