What does it mean when my computer threatens to shutdown unless I type somthing in?

A box come out of no where and it says (Enter both words below, seperate by a space).
Under that, it gives me a space for me to type in the words shown.Under the space gives a timer that counts from 3 min down till shut off computer... but when the timer stops the computer do not tern off..
What should i do?
