What does it mean when a person is described as redundant?

Well, redundant means that they say words that mean the same thing. For example: "This is scary, creepy, frightning!" Those words scary, creepy, and frightning all mean the same thing. Somebody who does that a lot would be described as redundant. Hope that helped! :)
