What does it mean if your new neighbours put a brochure for a funeral cost appraisal in your mail?

My neighbours, who live in the downstairs apartment of the house I'm in, put a brochure in a mailbox with a signed post-it saying "We thought you'd be interested in this."  

I don't even know these people yet.

its probably having to do with they may be selling funeral policy's or they know what it has done for them so their offering it to you maybe thinking you might be interested in getting some down the road kinda like planning ahead so to speak it was a good jesture

I think they are just trying to give you information to keep just incase.
