I had conversation with a guy, we are seeing each other almost a month.

it means that he didn't know he would feel this way and he would like to know where it might go from here sounds like that wasn't what he had planned but he finds himself and he is wanting to know how you feel about the situation sounds like he wants to talk about it but unsure how to go about it
