We are getting a female puppy, and my husband was thinking of Mushka (pronounced Mooshka) because it means "dear one" or adorable in Polish (and Russian). My husband is very Polish, but I was trying to tell him that people who aren't Polish might find it a very strange name. Please tell me the truth -- what is your first thought when you hear the name? Too weird or cute?
