Aesthetics, or the philosophy of art, is the study of beauty and taste. It is about interpreting works of art and art movements or theories. The term aesthetic is also used to designate a particular style, for example the "chess aesthetics", or the "Japanese aesthetic.
Some modern psychiatrists and psychologists often recommend that we act out our feelings rather than try to control them.. Letting off steam and venting one’s anger may bring temporary relief to the one who feels hemmed in and disturbed.
If everyone acted out his feelings rather than tried to control them. It merely creates a vicious circle that never ends.
Of course, it is not easy to master these harmful emotions, especially if one is prone to give in to anger and rage. That is why the Bible goes on to say: “Become kind to one another, tenderly compassionate, freely forgiving one another.” (Ephesians 4:32) In other words, it says that we should replace the harmful negative feelings with positive ones.
While modern medicine may try to come up with cures for some of what are called psychosomatic illnesses, the simple directives of the Bible can help to prevent them from occurring in the first place. Anyone who is willing to apply the Bible’s guidelines will benefit emotionally and physically.
