What do you say when someone calls you short?

Like say if some random guy said, "Hey, dude, you're pretty short to play basketball, go play with someone your own size," what would you say to them? Would you say the right thing like, "Please don't say those things, it hurts my feelings," or, "Thanks but I think I might just want to play with you guys."

You could try something like, "Why? Are you afraid that I'll beat you?" or go for something humorous like this: 
(Look surprised.)
"What?" (Look down at legs) 
"When did this happen? Must've happened when I fell into the washing machine."
