What do you do when you realize you still love your ex-wife but are living with a cancer patient ?

i would think why do u only just started falling for your ex wife again ?was it because you seen her and reconnected ? you got to think about your other half feelings she had this cancer for 4 years ! is it just lust for your ex wife you need to think about these question and find answers for them

I would look at why your relationship didn't work in the first place. If there were serious issues or red flags that made you get divorced the first time around, then I would not pursue it and chalk it up to old feelings about your first wife. Or if you really truly love her and you guys had a good functional relationship then you should consider both women and take some time to think which is a better fit for you.
