Wow! I have the EXACT same problem right now. This may sound a little bit bitchy, but talk to him, get to know him, make sure you look good, and maybe she'll get jealous of you. It could help break them up, if you're into doing that stuff. If not, just wait it out until they breakup, and then make your move!
I'm doing this right now too, and it's working for me!

omg you should deffeniatly go for him and totally ask him out and if so update me on my home page or however you work ask and yoou should also talk to him soo much more and mabie invite him over and stay away from his gf and dont roll your eyes at her or nothin ignore her! i had the same problem and i now date him still now for two years i love him<3.... If she is jealous it means that she don't feel secure and you've got a chance girl but do not make a move unless being nice and wait for them to split up before making any action.
