Married for over 10 years, I have maintained myself well, but just no interest from him at all. He has turned into the most boring person...never go anywhere and acts funny if I ask if we can go out or to a function.

I don't know the entire story, but it sounds mostly like a lack of communication. Age and frame of mind can be a big part of the issue. Have you tried to sit back and just watch what does make him laugh or smile? Making yourself more concerned about your issues and less about his interests can play a problem. TALK TO HIM. As I write that, I realize that talking to a man is not that simple. They usually don't express themselves easily. Try remembering what his 'fun' moments were in his lifetime and have him talk about those. Be eager to watch his sport, cook his favorite meal; I believe that he's feeling a little down about himself. Getting him to open up will be quite the challenge. I wish you luck on trying to find a way into his head.
Thank you so much for your kind and thoughtful comment. I love this man with my whole heart, but we have been together a long time and sometimes you lose perspective. You are right I need to take myself out of it.....I don't know if I focus on him as much as I used to and maybe he feels left out. He deserves to be a priority....I will let you know how he responds.
