In contrast to art that is made by the artist to express his/her feelings and emotions and comes deep from the heart. Is there a special term that can be used for this sort of art?
In politics the term 'populistic' can be used for electoral campaigns that seek support from a large number of people rather than to show their ideas in the truest form. But I do not think the same term can be applied to art.
Thanks for answering but it isn't quite what I'm looking for. Propaganda puts too much emphasis on influencing in a way to change the attitude towards something. I mean influence in a way that the person is strongly emotionally attracted to the masterpiece.
