What do we use graphing for other than math?

That just makes me wonder what you are thinking. Graphing is math, and graphics is not. Both words come the same Greek word for "writing".

photography - "light writing"
pornography - "prostitute writing"
orthography - "right writing" (meaning right angles)
geography - "earth writing"

So you just need to take some time and figure out what you are trying to prove.
