What do rich people and poor wear in Ethiopia?

The question is a bit confusing. In the first glance, the answer could be ''ofcourse, a cloth''. But I think your question is from the perspective of
1- Economic condition of the country
2-cultural condition
3-season
To answer your question, Ethiopia a fast developing economy, so we should not expect nude people running around without food...just like the western media educate us. They wear just like other people in other country cloths. There could be two distinctions when it comes to clothing. Almost all people in the urban area wear western and eastern like cloths but on celebrations or holydays people tend to wear cultural cloths. You can search for the cloths or the holiday images on the internet. Ethiopia has four seasons that are barely identified as four, since the only noticeable (really!) seasons are summer and winter. The sunny weather takes 9-10 months and the rest is rainy season. Even at the rainy season, looking the sun is not new. Average temperature is near 60 deg. Fahrenheit, perfect temprature. You choose any cloth you prefer , but dont forget coat if you stay late out doors.
