What do I need to travel to Taiwan & Philippines?

Details:

I'm a healthy white 26 yr male. Do I need Shots?
I have a passport but do I need a Visa?
I will be in Taiwan for 2 weeks mid year & in the Philippines for 2 weeks in Dec.

In the Philippines if your a tourist or on business, you need a Visa. In Taiwan you don't need a Visa for business and tourist.
