Also, everyone is being distracting.

I find pacing myself and taking breaks is helpful. Work for 25 minutes, then take a five-minute break, then work for another 25 minutes, and so on. Also, I have to focus on just one thing at a time. With school online, there are a lot of assignments from all my teachers, and keeping track of everything is hard for me. I just focus on one class at a time, otherwise I can't stay on track. Listening to music is very, very helpful, and you can just look up study music for your music preference. And my PHONE. That's definitely big in distracting me. If it's right next to me, I'm much more likely to check it, so just having it out of reach, out of sight, or in another room helps a bit with that.
I hope some of these are helpful for you!
I have the exact same problem. I study at home, and I also work remotely. At least 4 hours I have work to do, and also a few hours of study. It doesn't seem to be much, but still, I can't do everything because I'm constantly distracted by YouTube, social networks, music. Also, my family is constantly interfering with me - they call me to help with the dishes and everything.
In a couple of weeks, I found a way to do my work in short 30-minute intervals. During these 30 minutes, I don't touch my phone and I only do the work on my computer (look for productivity tracking applications, they help). After 30 minutes of work, I take a break for 10-15 minutes, surf the social network and stuff, and then go back to work. Over time, it becomes easier for me to concentrate on my work without distracting myself for a longer period of time.
Sitting for 4 hours without a break is a torment for me, but I can do it in short periods.
In short, make yourself a clear but comfortable schedule and follow it with no exceptions.
