Yesterday I used door dash at work. I work at a public building so normally when the dasher gets there they just bring the food in and leave it with the front desk. Yesterday when he got there he sat outside for 10 minutes without contacting me. Then I receive a phone call from his girlfriend saying he’s been waiting a long time and I need to hurry up. First off, why didn’t he just call or even text me to let me know he was there. Second, why is he giving out my number? And now I can’t get ahold of door dash at all because of the corona virus. I’ve been trying to two days to contact them and I can’t get a live person. This was a total invasion of my privacy and it needs addressed.
