Hi, I would highly suggest you speak to a therapist about the depression. If your concerned about the therapist not working out for you, remember, therapists are like shoes, yiu have to try out a few before yiu find one that fits. Don't be afraid to speak to more then one therapist to find one you like. Please please don't let one bad experiance turn you away from getting professional help. Depression can be very serious and if your feeling depressed it would be very beneficial for you to seek out help, especially during such a stressful time. College can be hard on soem people(I don't know if that's a stress thing for you but it is for a lot of people) finally, I would try and find time to talk to a career councillor about what you want to do, if your concerned about not being suited to the job, or even better, talk to a real social worker, a few would be better and ask them what the job is like so you know how emotionally demanding it is. If you have depression that might be something you want to take into consideration.
