Hello, I do breakdance and most of it is to do with putting pressure on my wrists but about 2-3 months ago I fell and really hurt my wrist but its not broken or anything. My problem is that it is constantly really sore when I put pressure onto it what is it and what do i do?
I have tried resting it but it didnt help.
What do I do, I hurt my wrist and I cant put pressure on it??

put ice on your wrist for about 10-15 minutes or for as long as you can. then apply heat to your wrist for about 10-15 minutes or as long as you can. the best way that i know of to apply the heat is to make a rice sock and heat the rice sock in a microwave for about 2 minutes on high. this works for me. if Ice first heat later doesn't work I'd suggest seeing a doctor.
