I am freaking out! I have a blister on my foot, and it hurts very bad! A couple of days ago, I popped it and clear fluid that was really sticky came out. It also feels like a bruise. It doesn't look like a bruise is there but it feels like there is one, and when I walk, it hurts. I have looked up blood blisters, but I do not think that is what kind of blister I have. Is this normal? What can I do about my problem?

have you made an appointment with your doctor about this ? when I had a normal blister I used thoses blister plasters with the special gel cushioning and they worked for my blistered in the passed you can buy them blister plasters from boots and see if that helps hope you get this problem sorted from amy
