Well, when I look for a guy, the first thing I notice is looks.  So, look respectable, decent, and well-groomed.  Then I start to get to know his personality.  Cockiness is a big turn off, for me anyway, and I look for a genuine, sweet heart that would love me for me.  From there its all whether he shows interest in me or not, and whether I can see the two of us going anywhere.  Good luck!
