I'm curious. What would an English person have for each meal and what are some traditional dishes and desserts in south east England near and in London. Also what are some typical meals and traditional dishes and desserts in north England (Sheffield, Leeds, Liverpool ect) and typical meals and traditional dishes and desserts in south west England? And if your from England tell me.

It would take to long to tell you so here is a link. I've read it through and the information is accurate and correct. If you have a specific question about one of the meals please feel free to ask me a private question or just comment here :)
en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_English_dishes
en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_British_desserts
The list is of traditional dishes so most of them would not be eaten on a weekly basis and certainly not daily. Most British people eat rice, pasta, lasagna, fish, roast and fried meat, sausages, chips (french fries) etc just as most western european and American people do. The basic meals are the same but with a British twist e.g. Chips (or fries) tend to be thick cut not long thins, large cuts of meat are often roasted rather than fried, etc.
American English = fries or french fries ----> British English = chips
American English = chips ----> British English = crisps
Surprisingly or not the most popular dish in UK these days is "Chicken tikka masala" which is Indian. Traditional british cuisine is very poor, 'fish&chips' and some pies being known to some extent. And as I can live in UK I can tell you what british people eat almost on a daily basis: french fries - you get french fries with anything: burgers, stake, burgers, shaorma etc.
What is Chicken tikka masala? What does it have in it? Sounds good to me!!!
Great answer Milander! But how are french fries "chips"? They're just potatoes cooked and peeled.
Otherwise, your answer looks great.
