For those who are familiar with youtube, what determines when the little window preview appears or not? Is it view numbers or something? For example when you mouse over the red thing over the video time, sometimes a little video appears of the video you watch it. You know what I'm talking about right? How do you turn it off or turn it on? I'm just curious. Hopefully this will get answered soon.
