What could be wrong with a 2012 Cadillac truck with only 6,000 miles on it for under $30,000??

Maybe it has an engine fault,some fake parts,no documents or maybe its perfect and the owner wants to sell it really quick....BE positive and go to the owner and go for a test drive :-)
