My birthday is comming up and i would like a computer game. But i dont know which. I was thinking something like age of empires, but i'm open for suggestions, just not something where the plot is to kill as many as possible.

I love Age of Empires. I really like games where the idea is to be successful and productive as opposed to some kind of serial killer who only destroys lives. If you like Age of Empires, you may also like the Civ games, or Sim City, or the Sims. They're all about building something as opposed to destroying what other people have built.
Right now I'm on a Fire Emblem: Awakening craze, which is a game built on tactics. Sometimes you have to defeat the entire enemy team on a map, and other times just the commander. It's for 3DS, so if you have one, I recommend trying the free demo. :)
If you don't want a game like that, a good one is anything from the Animal Crossing series. There's a new one coming out this year, actually. But anyway, it's about introducing you to living in real life, so you build and maintain a city of sorts, make friends, pay off mortgages, and more. It's really fun. :)
