What color should I highlight my papers in so i'll remember?

So I'm a student in 9th grade and I always highlight the most important points in my assignments so that I'll remember to go over them.

Using bright colors really help because they stand out. I recommend yellow or pink. Yes, blue and green help too, but since some types of highlighters have them turn out dark, they don't catch your attention as much. Maybe you can use them on things you want to remember but aren't your first priorities.
