What can you buy with 50000 dollar?

$50,000 can buy a used mobile home or stick built on land. My guess would be a price range of $35,000 for the house, then add closing costs, insurance and all the other things you need to either flip, rent or live in the unit.

I am assuming you want to own the item and not use the $50,000 as a down payment. If you buy the largest item you can on credit with a downpayment of $50,000 you can make a lot more mony but you are just as likely to go broke.
