Can people on my friend's list see what I am watching on Netflix, Amazon Video, YouTube, or on the Internet browser?

No. they can only see what you are doing. so if you are watching netflix it will only say that same with amazon video and youtube. and for the internet browser it doesn't even show a title for what you are doing. i know what you are trying to hide i think. but yeah i hope i helped thanks.
