The last time my husband was able to see or talk to his son was 4 years ago right before he was incarcerated. My husband has been out of the penitenturary and out of trouble for the past 3 years and the people who have custody is his biological dad and step mother. My husband has tried to call or talk to his son for a while now but no luck. They say this is what they think "is best" to not be able to talk to him until they see fit. Don't get me wrong me and my husband are very greatful that they are taking great care of him, but he still wants to be able to visit or at least hear his voice. They still refuse to let him talk to his son. We had some documents from court that states that my husband has the right to know anything about his school, any sport function, and any documents or appointment for doctors visits. Sadly, my husband does not know anything that is going on in his sons life. Please help if anyone knows any answers that we could know on what we can do to be able to get visitation or at least talk to his son.

you might have to take them to court if he for sees to have to because it doesn't sound like they are going to do this willingly so a attorney might be the option does your husband pay child support ?if not it might be well enough to leave it alone cause they can also dig dirt up on him and use that information to gain no visitation rights and force him to get rid of his rights as his father or like i said you might have to get a attorney to get his rights acted on
U could file contempt charges for refusing to comply. And if ur like me and don't have a couple grand for a layer u could file court papers yourself check at court house to see if they have lawyers that got over ur documents that need to be filled out and will tell u what's wrong so u can fix it. But a warning don't think they will walk u th r Ewing it or give advice. U may have to go10 or 15 times to complete it correctly before u file it.Also u can represent ur own case to
