I'm transgender. My mom found out. She doesnt accept me because she believes Im not. She is religious and the 'angels' are telling her that I'm not trans. I feel like I'm trapped. What can I do to free myself? Do I tell an adult? Is this mental abuse?
What Can I do with a non-accepting mom?!?

First, stop with the angel stuff as you know your mom is not talking to angels. We have the Bible and it will answer any question there is. And speaking of questions...How old are you? And why do you think you are transgender?
If you are a minor.... it is mama's house, mama's rules. If you are an adult, it is still mama's house, mama's rules.. So you need to move.
tell your mom the truth. she can handle it. if she can't, find someone who does. this is up to you. you are who you are and who ever you want to be is the person you are. you will never regret this i promise you. tell your mom you know who you are. you are YOU. and that's the best person you will ever be.
Hey, man. Depending on your age and if you have somewhere else you could live, it may not be the safest thing to argue with her. :p Just know that you will eventually move out and then you can be yourself. Try to explain to her how you feel, and maybe you can set her mind straight.
Actually, she is talking to angels. Her mother-in-law and my "grandfather". I am a minor still, I'm looking for help not a half-answer.
