My car dealership neighbor installed an external dryer for there car was and is extremely loud and wakes my babies and I can't sleep and get migraines. They said they would fix the problem and reduce the noise, that was two months ago now they say there not going to do anything. Is there anything I can do legally to get them to reduce the noise it is causing me to get migraines now because I can't sleep. I work nights.
